Jessica Cleary

Jessica got her License in Cosmetology in 2001 from Victor Vally Beauty College in California. When she moved to Northern California she found a love for Lash Extensions at "The Beauty Bar" with her mentor, Elise Farris. She was then certified by Xtreme Lashes by Jo Moussilli in 2015. She knew that when she moved to Missouri she wanted to focus her career in Lash Extensions.

Jess quickly built a great career and then found a new passion in Permanent Cosmetics. First getting her Microblading Certificate from Tina Burch at "Let's Face it" in Kansas City in 2018 then finishing her Tattoo Apprenticeship with Saville Evens at "The Vault Company" in Nixa.

Jessica is business minded and has a deep passion for Education. She believes in the power of knowledge and independence. JessAngel Beauty LLC was born to provide education to inspiring future Lash & Permanent Cosmetic Artists.
